Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain complex federal IT infrastructure, networks, and server environments.
- Ensure strict adherence to federal security regulations, DoD standards, and compliance protocols.
- Provide advanced technical troubleshooting and Tier 3 support to federal personnel and stakeholders.
- Manage system backups, disaster recovery planning, and cybersecurity compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new software solutions and optimize workflow efficiency.
- Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations and security policies.
Qualifications
- Security Clearance: Active Secret or Top Secret clearance is mandatory.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience supporting federal or government contracts.
- Certifications: CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or ITIL Foundation preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and federal ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow).
- Communication: Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical personnel.
