Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for system development and upgrades.
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-level applications and databases in compliance with government standards.
- Conduct system performance tuning, security audits, and risk assessments to protect sensitive citizen data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers and stakeholders, to deliver high-quality IT solutions.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for internal government departments and external partners.
- Document system architecture, processes, and procedures to ensure knowledge transfer and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT systems analysis, preferably within the public sector or a large enterprise environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, JavaScript, and modern web development frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue).
- Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and virtualization platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to obtain a Level II Background Investigation (Public Trust) upon employment.
