Responsibilities
- <ul> <li>Manage and troubleshoot complex federal IT infrastructure and network systems.</li> <li>Ensure compliance with federal security standards (FISMA) and ITIL best practices.</li> <li>Conduct system audits, vulnerability assessments, and risk mitigation planning.</li> <li>Provide technical support and training to federal personnel on system usage and security protocols.</li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement software updates and hardware upgrades.</li> <li>Document technical processes, configurations, and incident reports accurately.</li> </ul>
Qualifications
- <ul> <li>Bachelor"s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).</li> <li>Active Secret Security Clearance (or ability to obtain one).</li> <li>Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in federal or government contracting IT environments.</li> <li>Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.</li> <li>Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, specifically AWS or Microsoft Azure.</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical reporting.</li> <li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.</li> </ul>
