- Conduct regular system audits and vulnerability assessments to protect sensitive government data.
- Provide advanced technical support and training to federal staff regarding hardware and software systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to upgrade legacy systems and enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Active Secret or Top Secret Security Clearance (required for federal roles).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT systems administration within a federal or government contracting environment.
- Proficiency in configuring and managing network firewalls, VPNs, and secure access controls.
- Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and federal compliance regulations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interfacing with senior stakeholders.
