Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain secure network infrastructure for federal and state clients.
- Provide advanced technical troubleshooting and support for hardware, software, and operating systems.
- Conduct system audits and ensure strict compliance with government security standards (NIST/FISMA).
- Manage user access, perform identity and access management (IAM), and handle security clearances.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize IT workflows and deploy cutting-edge solutions.
- Document technical processes and maintain accurate records for audits.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT support, network administration, or systems engineering.
- Active Secret Security Clearance or the ability to obtain one (preferred).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V).
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VPN, firewalls, and network protocols.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and effectively in a remote work environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
