Responsibilities

- Provide Tier 2 technical support to government staff and constituents.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software systems.
- Conduct regular audits of system security and data integrity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure or network administration.
- Certification: CompTIA Security+ or CCNA is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of government IT regulations and compliance.
