Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain complex federal IT infrastructure, servers, and network systems.
- Implement and enforce strict cybersecurity protocols and compliance standards (NIST/FISMA).
- Provide advanced technical troubleshooting and support for internal staff and external stakeholders.
- Conduct regular system audits, vulnerability assessments, and security reviews.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to modernize legacy systems and improve operational workflows.
- Document technical processes, configurations, and incident reports accurately.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field (or equivalent military/technical experience).
- Active Public Trust Security Clearance or eligibility to obtain one.
- 5+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or federal government environments.
- Strong knowledge of Linux, Windows Server, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Experience with ITIL framework and change management procedures.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
