Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) for federal government contracts.
- Ensure full compliance with FedRAMP, NIST, and FISMA security standards.
- Provide advanced technical troubleshooting and support for complex network and server environments.
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments, security audits, and penetration testing.
- Lead technical initiatives and mentor junior IT staff on best practices for federal systems.
- Collaborate with project managers to deliver timely solutions that meet client requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in IT operations within a federal or government contracting environment.
- Active Top Secret or Secret clearance (or the ability to obtain one) is mandatory.
- Certifications such as CISSP, Security+, or AWS Solutions Architect preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Linux, Windows Server, and virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder reporting.
