Responsibilities
- Manage, maintain, and secure the federal IT infrastructure to ensure 99.9% uptime for essential health services.
- Design and implement robust cybersecurity protocols to protect sensitive federal data against evolving threats.
- Lead complex IT projects from conception to deployment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions on time and within budget.
- Conduct regular system audits and performance assessments to identify areas for optimization and improvement.
- Provide advanced technical troubleshooting and support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Ensure compliance with federal regulations, including FISMA and OMB guidelines.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field (or equivalent work experience).
- 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in IT systems administration, network engineering, or federal information technology.
- Active Top Secret security clearance is required.
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and virtualization technologies.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and risk management strategies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
