Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage and maintain local and wide area network (LAN/WAN) infrastructure.

- Configure and administer server environments, including Windows and Linux systems.
- Conduct regular system audits and perform preventative maintenance to ensure operational continuity.

Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship is required for federal employment.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in IT support or systems administration.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Must possess and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking protocols (TCP/IP).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
- Ability to work in a high-security government environment.
