Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support for federal hardware and software systems.
- Configure, install, and troubleshoot network infrastructure and end-user devices.

- Document technical procedures and maintain accurate service logs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex IT issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Active Directory, and Windows Server environments.
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust (Background) Clearance.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for interfacing with federal staff.
