Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain secure IT infrastructure for federal and state agencies.

- Ensure strict compliance with government security standards (e.g., FISMA, NIST).
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior staff members.
- Conduct regular system audits, performance tuning, and vulnerability assessments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize workflow and user experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT systems analysis or administration.
- Experience working with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure) is highly preferred.
- Ability to obtain or possess a Secret Security Clearance.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices and protocols.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
