Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain federal IT systems to ensure 99.9% uptime and security.
- Conduct security audits and vulnerability assessments in compliance with NIST standards.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for federal staff and contractors.
- Document system configurations, changes, and incident reports.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement IT solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure strict adherence to federal privacy laws and data protection protocols.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in federal IT support or system administration.
- Certification: CompTIA Security+ or CISSP preferred.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Secret Clearance.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
