Responsibilities
- Manage and troubleshoot complex federal information systems and network infrastructure.
- Ensure compliance with federal security protocols, including NIST and FISMA standards.
- Provide advanced technical support and training to staff across multiple sites.
- Monitor system performance and conduct regular security audits to prevent cyber threats.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
- Document technical procedures and maintain accurate system logs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Active Secret Security Clearance or the ability to obtain one.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in IT systems administration or network engineering.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud computing platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- U.S. Citizenship is required for federal employment.
