Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement complex IT systems and software solutions to meet agency objectives.
- Analyze user requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications and system designs.
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize existing network infrastructure and application environments.
- Ensure strict compliance with state and federal information security standards and data privacy regulations.

Qualifications
