Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain federal IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and cloud systems
- Provide Tier 3 technical support for complex cybersecurity incidents
- Implement and monitor compliance with federal IT security protocols (NIST, FISMA)
- Lead system integration projects for new federal applications
- Collaborate with cross-agency teams on technology modernization initiatives
- Document IT processes and prepare compliance reports
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain federal security clearance
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years experience with federal IT systems and security protocols
- Certification in CompTIA Security+ or equivalent CISSP
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Experience with incident response and vulnerability management
- Ability to obtain and maintain DHS security clearance
