Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues to county employees.
- Manage and maintain the inventory of IT assets, ensuring accurate records and timely procurement.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex connectivity issues and server problems.
- Install, configure, and upgrade desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations.
- Assist in the planning and execution of system upgrades and migrations.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in technical support or IT administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Active Directory.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Pass a background check and drug screen.
