Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications using modern frameworks (Angular, React, or Vue).
- Lead code reviews, architecture planning, and technical mentoring for junior developers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, designers, and government stakeholders) to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure application security, performance, and scalability while adhering to government compliance standards (FISMA, FedRAMP).
- Maintain and optimize legacy systems while integrating new digital solutions.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end frameworks.
- Strong experience with backend technologies such as Java, C#, or Node.js.
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
