Responsibilities
- Provide tiered technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and Active Directory administration.
- Perform system maintenance, patch management, and troubleshooting.
- Respond to help desk tickets with a focus on rapid resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of new workstations and peripherals.
- Document technical procedures and maintain accurate IT asset records.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to implement security best practices.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or a help desk environment.
- CompTIA A+ Certification (or equivalent technical knowledge).
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, and Office 365.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours and handle high-pressure situations.
