Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain local and wide area network infrastructure, ensuring 99.9% uptime and security.
- Configure, troubleshoot, and optimize Windows Server environments and Active Directory services.
- Implement and enforce IT security policies, including firewalls, antivirus, and data encryption.
- Provide advanced technical support to internal staff, resolving complex hardware and software issues.
- Perform regular system backups, patch management, and disaster recovery testing.
- Collaborate with vendors to procure and integrate new hardware and software solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, OR equivalent years of relevant experience.
- Certification in Microsoft (MCSE) or Cisco (CCNA) is highly preferred.
- Proven experience managing Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 and Active Directory.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN) and hardware components.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical staff.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and obtain necessary security clearance.
