Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Windows Server environments (2016/2019) and Active Directory infrastructure
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Provide Tier-3 technical support for enterprise systems and applications
- Coordinate disaster recovery planning and business continuity testing
- Document IT processes and maintain system documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on technology initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of Windows Server administration experience
- CompTIA Security+ certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
- Experience with VMware virtualization and cloud infrastructure
- Strong troubleshooting skills with network and system diagnostics
- Colorado driver's license and ability to pass background check
