Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions and system specifications.
- Design, develop, and implement software applications and network systems to improve organizational efficiency.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and perform routine maintenance.
- Collaborate with department heads and IT staff to ensure seamless integration of new technologies.
- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including user manuals and system architecture diagrams.
- Conduct regular security audits to ensure data privacy and compliance with federal and state regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in systems analysis or IT support.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, Java, or Python.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and virtualization technologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
