Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain complex IT systems and network infrastructure for state agencies.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues with immediate resolution.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal security standards, including data privacy regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technical requirements and optimize business processes.
- Conduct regular system audits and generate detailed technical documentation.
- Provide technical support and training to internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in systems analysis or network administration within a government or enterprise environment.
- Strong proficiency in Windows Server, Linux, and virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V).
- Knowledge of SQL database management and scripting (Python, PowerShell, or Bash).
- Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CCNA, or similar are highly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
