- Team Leadership: Lead a diverse team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, mentorship, and technical excellence.
- Strategic Collaboration: Partner with product managers and C-suite executives to translate high-level business objectives into robust technical AI solutions.
- Optimization & Security: Ensure data integrity, model security, and ethical compliance across all AI deployments; optimize models for performance, latency, and cost-efficiency.
- Industry Innovation: Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI, Deep Learning, and Quantum computing to integrate cutting-edge technologies into our stack.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, machine learning, and AI architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX; extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Infrastructure: Strong experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), MLOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams and managing complex technical projects.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
