Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Tech Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for integrating next-gen AI models with legacy infrastructure to ensure scalability and future-proofing.
- Architect Quantum-Ready Systems: Design scalable cloud architectures that are primed for the transition to post-quantum computing and hybrid AI processing.
- Lead High-Performance Engineering: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Optimize Generative Workflows: Implement and refine Large Language Models (LLMs) to drive efficiency and creativity across all company products.
- Bridge Business & Tech: Translate complex technical requirements into actionable business strategies for stakeholders and investors.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a Lead Architect or Principal Engineering role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Future-Ready Skills: Familiarity with Quantum computing concepts and Post-Quantum Cryptography is a significant plus.
- Leadership: Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex system architectures and drive architectural decisions.
