Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee the development of the core 2026 Horizon infrastructure, ensuring scalability and resilience.
- Define technical roadmaps and architectural standards for Generative AI and Agentic workflows.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate futuristic concepts into executable technical specifications.
- Ensure all systems adhere to the highest standards of ethical AI, data privacy, and security.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and performance optimization for large-scale distributed systems.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in AI, Quantum computing, and edge processing.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems.
- Proven experience designing and deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI solutions.
- Strong understanding of quantum computing principles and their application in classical AI optimization.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Masterβs degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
