Responsibilities
- Design and implement the core architecture for our 2026 AI ecosystem, focusing on self-learning algorithms and quantum-enhanced neural networks.
- Lead a high-performance engineering team, defining technical vision, best practices, and code quality standards.
- Collaborate with researchers to integrate cutting-edge cognitive science principles into software solutions.
- Oversee the deployment of scalable machine learning models capable of processing real-time data streams at petabyte scales.
- Drive innovation in generative adversarial networks (GANs) and reinforcement learning to achieve human-level reasoning.
- Ensure system security, ethics, and compliance in autonomous decision-making systems.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Computational Neuroscience, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in designing large-scale distributed systems and machine learning infrastructure.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Rust.
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq) and neural architecture search.
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams through complex technical challenges.
- Strong understanding of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and responsible AI deployment.
