Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable machine learning infrastructure for next-generation autonomous systems.
- Lead the architectural vision for the "2026" roadmap, focusing on quantum-ready algorithms and edge computing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into consumer hardware and industrial IoT devices.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Optimize neural network performance for real-time processing and low-latency environments.
- Define best practices for data governance, model training pipelines, and deployment strategies.
- Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies to keep Chronos Systems at the industry forefront.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, C++, and deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams and managing complex projects.
- Deep understanding of deep learning, NLP, and computer vision.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
