As a key leader on the Project 2026 team, you will bridge the gap between theoretical research and scalable production engineering, ensuring our AI models are not only powerful but also ethically grounded and efficient.
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable machine learning pipelines for the Project 2026 initiative, focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs) and neural networks.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists, ML engineers, and researchers to drive innovation and delivery of high-impact features.
- Optimize model inference speeds and reduce latency for real-time applications using advanced quantization and distributed computing techniques.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, including model versioning, monitoring, and automated retraining workflows.
- Collaborate with product stakeholders to translate complex AI capabilities into intuitive user experiences.
- Ensure compliance with ethical AI standards and data privacy regulations (GDPR/CCPA).
- Conduct rigorous research to identify and integrate emerging technologies into the Project 2026 roadmap.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master's degree in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in AI/ML architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern deep learning frameworks.
- Proven track record of deploying state-of-the-art models into production environments at scale.
- Strong proficiency in distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure), and high-performance computing.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
