Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, next-generation neural network architectures for Project 2026.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists, ML engineers, and researchers.
- Define technical roadmaps and drive innovation in deep learning and natural language processing.
- Optimize model performance for real-time, high-volume data streams.
- Establish best practices for ethical AI, bias mitigation, and data privacy.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate research breakthroughs into commercial applications.
- Mentor junior talent and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, or AI research.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams through the full software development lifecycle.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar frameworks.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and transformer architectures.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
