Responsibilities
- Architect scalable, fault-tolerant AI systems capable of processing exabytes of data in real-time environments.
- Lead the R&D team in developing proprietary Large Language Models (LLMs) optimized for quantum environments.
- Define technical roadmaps and establish best practices for ethical AI development and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional squads including product, engineering, and design to translate futuristic concepts into viable software solutions.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in designing and deploying production-grade machine learning systems.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Deep understanding of Transformer architectures, Reinforcement Learning, and edge computing protocols.
- Strong track record of leading high-performing engineering teams in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
