Responsibilities
- Architect & Deploy: Design, build, and maintain robust machine learning infrastructure and pipelines to support production-grade applications.
- Model Optimization: Lead the optimization of deep learning models for speed, accuracy, and scalability.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a diverse team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Research Implementation: Translate cutting-edge research papers into viable, deployable code solutions.
- Strategic Planning: Define the long-term AI roadmap, aligning technical strategies with business goals.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities seamlessly into product workflows.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI Engineering.
- Programming: Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Architecture: Strong understanding of MLOps, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Education: MS or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
