Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the technical strategy for the '2026 Horizon' initiative, aligning engineering efforts with long-term business goals.
- R&D Leadership: Lead cross-functional research and development teams in exploring emerging technologies such as neuromorphic computing and advanced generative AI.
- Architecture Design: Design robust, scalable system architectures capable of handling next-gen data loads and AI model training.
- Technical Mentorship: Foster a culture of engineering excellence by mentoring senior engineers and establishing best practices for code quality and security.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear insights for non-technical stakeholders and investors.
- Future-Proofing: Identify and mitigate risks associated with emerging tech trends to ensure our products remain relevant in the evolving digital landscape.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural or leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, C++, and distributed systems. Demonstrated experience with Machine Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Futuristic Outlook: Proven track record of identifying emerging trends and successfully integrating them into product roadmaps.
