Responsibilities
- Sort, organize, and deliver mail and parcels according to established routes and schedules
- Operate delivery vehicles safely and maintain accurate delivery records
- Interact professionally with customers to resolve delivery inquiries and concerns
- Load/unload mail from vehicles and sort by address sequence
- Perform basic maintenance on delivery equipment
- Adhere to all USPS safety protocols and procedures
- Complete required documentation and reporting duties
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic computer literacy for tracking systems
- Customer service experience preferred
- Must pass background check and drug screening
