As a vital part of our logistics network, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that mail and packages are delivered efficiently and safely to every doorstep in the Phoenix metropolitan area.
Responsibilities
- Mail Processing: Sort, bundle, and organize incoming and outgoing mail with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Delivery Operations: Safely transport and deliver mail to residential and business customers along designated routes.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with the public, answer inquiries, and resolve delivery issues.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Perform routine checks and basic maintenance on postal vehicles to ensure safety and compliance.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations while operating equipment and on the road.
Qualifications
- Age & Citizenship: Must be at least 18 years of age and a U.S. citizen or national.
- Driver's License: Valid state-issued driver's license with a safe driving record required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift packages weighing up to 70 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to read maps and GPS systems.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal history background check and drug screening.
