Responsibilities
- Sort and organize incoming mail and parcels efficiently to ensure accurate routing.
- Deliver mail and packages to residential and business addresses on assigned routes.
- Interact with customers professionally, answering inquiries and resolving delivery issues.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and address changes.
- Operate various types of mail processing equipment and delivery vehicles.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and postal regulations while on the job.
Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident.
- Ability to obtain a suitable driver's license (Class B with air brakes endorsement is preferred).
- Physical ability to lift packages weighing up to 70 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Excellent customer service skills and communication abilities.
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
