Responsibilities
- Analyze complex healthcare program operations to identify efficiency improvements
- Develop and implement data-driven solutions for resource allocation
- Prepare comprehensive reports and recommendations for senior leadership
- Manage cross-functional projects with strict federal compliance requirements
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses for program initiatives
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align strategic objectives
- Maintain compliance with federal regulations and VA policies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of federal program management experience
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau)
- Knowledge of federal budgeting processes and regulations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance
- Experience with VA healthcare systems preferred
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification a plus
