Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including excavation, debris removal, and infrastructure repairs
- Operate and maintain equipment (mowers, trucks, hand tools) following safety protocols
- Assist in construction projects for sidewalks, drainage systems, and recreational facilities
- Conduct routine inspections of public spaces and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deadlines are met
- Adhere to environmental regulations during waste disposal and material handling
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Virginia driver's license with clean record
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred (training provided)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Experience with landscaping, construction, or equipment operation preferred
- Pass background check and pre-employment physical
