Responsibilities
- Perform daily maintenance of city parks, streets, and public facilities
- Operate light machinery and hand tools for construction projects
- Assist in stormwater management and drainage system upkeep
- Support snow removal and emergency response operations
- Conduct safety inspections and maintain equipment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure initiatives
- Adhere to OSHA and municipal safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Colorado driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Ability to work in extreme weather conditions
- Previous municipal or construction experience preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
