Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair public infrastructure including sidewalks, roads, and drainage systems
- Operate light machinery and hand tools for landscaping and facility upkeep
- Perform routine inspections of municipal properties and report maintenance needs
- Assist in emergency response efforts during weather events or public safety incidents
- Support waste management and recycling programs across city facilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate public works projects
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and city maintenance standards

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Arizona Driver's License with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year experience in general labor or maintenance roles
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and light equipment operation
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and procedural compliance
- Ability to work outdoors in extreme weather conditions
