Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair public facilities including parks, playgrounds, and community centers
- Operate city vehicles and specialized equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform seasonal landscaping and snow removal operations
- Conduct routine inspections of municipal infrastructure
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests promptly
- Adhere to all city safety protocols and environmental standards

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid Michigan driver's license with clean record
- Minimum 2 years maintenance or construction experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Ability to operate heavy machinery and power tools
- Physical ability to perform strenuous outdoor work in all weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs
- Pass background check and drug screening
