Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance on public parks, buildings, and transportation facilities
- Operate and maintain specialized municipal equipment (e.g., trucks, mowers, heavy machinery)
- Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations
- Collaborate with engineering teams on infrastructure improvement projects

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean record
- OSHA 10-hour construction certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Experience with heavy machinery operation preferred
- Basic plumbing/electrical troubleshooting skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
