Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational certification preferred
- 3+ years of experience in maintenance, landscaping, or construction
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean record
- Certification in heavy equipment operation or hazardous materials handling
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Basic proficiency in GIS mapping or maintenance software
- Pass background check and drug screening
