Responsibilities
- Perform daily maintenance on public parks, streets, and facilities
- Operate heavy equipment including loaders, dump trucks, and jackhammers
- Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations
- Respond to emergency weather-related infrastructure repairs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on city improvement projects
- Complete accurate maintenance logs and reporting documentation
Qualifications
- Valid Oregon Class C Driver's License
- Minimum 2 years construction or maintenance experience
- Certification in heavy equipment operation (preferred)
- Ability to work in inclement weather conditions
- Pass pre-employment physical and background check
- Knowledge of municipal infrastructure systems
