Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance on city infrastructure including parks, sidewalks, and public buildings
- Operate heavy machinery and hand tools for landscaping and construction projects
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests within city limits

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Texas Class C Driver's License with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years experience in construction, landscaping, or facility maintenance
- OSHA 10-hour safety certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in outdoor weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of blueprints and technical schematics
