Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance on city parks, streets, and public facilities
- Operate heavy machinery (sweepers, mowers, snow plows) safely and efficiently
- Conduct inspections and repairs on playground equipment, benches, and signage
- Assist in emergency response during severe weather events
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for infrastructure projects
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and municipal safety protocols

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Valid Colorado Commercial Driver's License (Class B) preferred
- Minimum 2 years experience in maintenance or construction
- Certification in equipment operation (e.g., forklift, dump truck)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic knowledge of irrigation systems and landscaping tools
