Responsibilities
- Execute infrastructure maintenance projects including street repairs, park upkeep, and facility operations
- Coordinate emergency response protocols during severe weather events and public safety incidents
- Conduct routine inspections of municipal assets using digital reporting systems
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to optimize public service delivery
- Enforce city ordinances and safety regulations during field operations
- Manage equipment inventory and preventive maintenance schedules

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years municipal services or public works experience
- Texas Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) or ability to obtain within 60 days
- OSHA 30-hour construction safety certification
- Proficiency with GIS mapping and digital work order systems
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and operate heavy machinery
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
- Spanish bilingual proficiency strongly preferred
