Responsibilities
- Perform grounds maintenance and park upkeep (mowing, trimming, litter removal)
- Operate light equipment (mowers, trimmers, leaf blowers)
- Assist with facility cleaning and minor repairs
- Respond to community service requests
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Participate in emergency response drills
- Maintain accurate work records and reports
Qualifications
- Valid California Driver's License (Class C)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic knowledge of hand/power tools
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible shifts (including weekends)
