Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs of municipal infrastructure including parks, streets, and facilities
- Operate light machinery and equipment for landscaping and construction tasks
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and OSHA standards
- Assist with emergency response and disaster recovery operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute community improvement projects

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic knowledge of hand/power tools and construction equipment
- Strong commitment to public service and community values
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Previous municipal or public works experience preferred
- Pass background check and drug screening
