Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance of parks, streets, and public facilities
- Operate heavy machinery (trucks, mowers, snow removal equipment)
- Collect and dispose of trash, recyclables, and yard waste
- Respond to emergency weather conditions (snow, ice, storms)
- Assist with infrastructure repairs and construction projects
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Document work activities and maintain equipment logs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Missouri driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather
- Experience with hand/power tools and heavy machinery preferred
- Basic knowledge of construction/maintenance techniques
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
